Open Positions:

Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in our business, supporting and representing the subject matter experts for our Saas-based personalized learning app – Epiphany Learning. In this role, you will work with the schools and districts to development beta and production implementation plans. You will work closely with development to liaison between the school and districts for feature requirements and data integrations.

Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist works with the CEO, marketing manager, PR team and development team to prepare for and support product launches, develop and understand product positioning, key features/benefits and target buyer profiles. In addition, they will support the development of go-to-market plans for major enhancements and new offerings.

Client Relations Coordinator (part-time)

The Client Relations Coordinator is often the first and most important contact a customer makes with Epiphany Learning. In this role, the CRC is responsible for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and assisting customers with basic technical issues. This is a part-time position (between 15-20 hours a week) with very flexible hours.
